Our policy of care

At Pyjama Drama, we are committed to the health, safety and well-being of your child. We want every child to realise that they have the potential to achieve anything they want by having a positive attitude and mindset. Therefore, it is important that our drama teachers & facilitators are equipped with the right skills when leading a group of children in a drama class.

Drama teachers are special individuals who see the joy in empowering children to be confident in embracing their unique personalities and to be true to themselves. A drama teacher/facilitator must be:  confident, creative, imaginative, animated, passionate, patient, kind, approachable, supportive, respectful, analytical and knowledgeable.

Our teachers and facilitators are extensively trained in house with the support of our international partners. As a team, in our continuous effort to improve ourselves, we emphasise the need to conduct regular reviews, assessment and feedback.

We promise that:
Our drama programme is inclusive and provides opportunities for all children
Every teacher has been thoroughly trained and is given ongoing training and support
Every teacher has been police checked
Every teacher is covered by Public Liability Insurance
Pyjama Drama checks the references of every person involved in the delivery of our programme
We will always welcome comments and suggestions about any aspect of Pyjama Drama
